Annual Basket
Raffle: The Annual Basket Raffle and Ice Cream Social
is a fun family event! This annual event will be held on
March 22, 2013 at the Medway High School. Bring the entire family
and take a chance on more than 50 baskets created by the Elementary
School classes and local businesses. In addition to the
classroom raffle we will have a silent auction where families may
bid on a variety of items. We need volunteers for set-up, clean up and
ticket
sales.
Math Science and Technology
Nights: Tuesday, April 2nd and Wed, April 3rd at Memorial
School.
Math, Science,
& Technology Night is an evening of FREE activities related to
the 3rd grade math, science & technology frameworks
and classroom curriculum.
This event will help parents/guardians enhance the student's
success in these subject areas, as well as gain a heightened
awareness of how these topics apply to their child's everyday
life. In the past, as many as 100
students have participated.
To accommodate as many students as possible, the event is
being held on two separate evenings. We ask that only one parent
per child attend. Registration
forms will be going home in the students backpacks shortly. We are also looking for
adult volunteers to help with the pre-planned
activities.
Volunteers: We need your
help! If you are interested in volunteering on the
PTO, please click here for a brochure on
the many areas where we can use your help! You can also contact
the appropriate committee chair to see if they need
any volunteers.
